Seven Little Australians as growing up I loved this book and when I saw the movie, I was very impressed with how it was adapted..

The Dry an amazing film with twists and turns, surpassed only by the brilliant book.

I loved The Dressmaker. There’s drama and some funny bits but the story of life in the old times was so mesmerising to watch.

The Harp in the South, such a moving story portrayed true to the actual the book. The hardships of life in the depression in Surry Hills.

Rabbit-Proof Fence, it’s a beautifully shot and wonderfully acted film, and a heartbreaking reminder of a dark, relatively recent chapter of our history

A Town Like Alice - the movie but especially the TV series, good old OZee historic drama at its best!

“Thorn Birds” by Colleen McCullough Loved the book, loved the Telemovie version

Picnic at Hanging Rock ... beautiful costumes, wonderful visuals and music take this classic to a whole other level ...

The Women in Black, great Aussie book ,film & stage musical. Transporting us back to 1959 in Sydney. Looking at life from all angles.

Storm Boy! A truely breathtaking performance by David Gulpilil. R.I.P Seeing this movie as a child left an effect on me, still felt today.

Storm Boy was a beautiful story captured with the breathtaking presence of the unique Australian landscape.

Blueback. Through the characters we learn about the preciousness of our oceans.

The Dry! Eric Bana really brings it to life

'The Dressmaker', by Rosalie Ham. A glorious film in every dress code.

Puberty blues caus it’s mind blowing that’s it’s a lette classic sic

Dress maker

The complete Barry McKenzie,Barry Crocker Foster's Dame Edna laughs songs

Jane Harper's The Dry. A triple murder book full of twists with sneaky moves and a whole bunch of teasing possibilities that kept me guessing. It's book to movie adaption is pretty spot on.

'Storm Boy'. (Colin Thiele had little involvement in the script. His only requirement was that his novel was not turned into a sex comedy!)
