The rejuvenated British TV series Cold Feet has been renewed for another season.

The show is currently airing on Channel 7  following its successful UK return after an absence of 13 years. With the series proving to be a hit with critics and audiences, ITV has recommissioned Cold Feet for a new series, with shooting to begin next March.

Written and created by Mike Bullen and starring James Nesbitt, Hermione Norris, Robert Bathurst, John Thomson and Fay Ripley, the eight part series reunites the now ‘fiftysomething’ Manchester friends as they encounter the minefield of middle age.

“We all said we only wanted to bring Cold Feet back if we could maintain the standard previously set.” Bullen says. “I’ve been blown away by the show’s reception among viewers and critics alike. This recommission confirms that we didn’t screw it up.“
