A trailer has rolled up for the upcoming Dungeons & Dragons: Honour Among Thieves, and it’s looking like quite the action spectacular.

Aiming to dispel the bad taste left by the 2000 movie based on the classic tabletop role-playing game, this one looks lighter and, well, fun.

Story-wise, it goes like this: “A charming thief and a band of unlikely adventurers undertake an epic heist to retrieve a lost relic, but things go dangerously awry when they run afoul of the wrong people. Dungeons & Dragons: Honour Among Thieves brings the rich world and playful spirit of the legendary role-playing game to the big screen in a hilarious and action-packed adventure.”

Chris Pine, Michelle Rodriguez, Justice Smith, Regé-Jean Page, Sophia Lillis, Chloe Coleman and Hugh Grant all star. Since Paddington 2 and The Gentlemen we’ll happily sit down and pay attention for anything featuring Mr. Grant.

Dungeons & Dragons: Honour Among Thieves is currently set for an early March 2023 Australian cinema release. Oh, and special brownie points to Paramount for spelling ‘Honour” correctly in promotions for our market.

Anyway, here there be a trailer:
