A full-length trailer has dropped for Toy Story 4, and it tells us that “everything’s gonna be OK”.
We hope so, as some of it looks a little dark.
The trailer elaborates on the existence of new character Forky, who was made by Bonnie at day care and then magically became a walking, talking toy. This causes him issues, as he considers himself trash. It’s up to Woody to convince him that he has a place in their world, and that being a toy is a wondrous thing.
Speaking of new characters, we also get to meet Gabby Gabby, voice by Christina Hendricks, little Giggle McDimples (voiced by Ally Maki), daredevil Duke Caboom (Keanu Reeves) and Slappy-a-like ventriloquist’s dummy Benson – multiplied by four, for extra creepy.
Toy Story 4 is set to bring all the feels (and possibly then some) to Australian cinemas on June 20.
