A full trailer has landed for Moonage Daydream, the first movie on the life of David Bowie to be made with the blessing of his estate.
From filmmaker Brett Morgen, who also gave us the Rolling Stones doco Crossfire Hurricane as well as Cobain: Montage of Heck, the 140-minute documentary is set to deliver oodles of previously unseen footage from the Bowie archives, running the gamut from personal stuff to classic live footage.
There’ll also be a focus on Bowie’s extracurricular art, stage and movie projects, in a film that has been greatly praised since its debut at Cannes earlier this year.
Australian Bowie fans will be able to experience Moonage Daydream in cinemas from September 15.
