A new clip has lobbed for the upcoming Marvel sequel Venom: Let There Be Carnage, and the big guy’s new nemesis is breakin’ out and headin’ home.

Tom Hardy is back as Eddie Brock, along with the titular symbiote, for more buddy movie hijinks by way of the Marvel Spider-Man universe. Joining the cast for this sequel to 2018’s Venom is Woody Harrelson as serial killer Cletus Kasady, who harbours his own symbiote called Carnage – and that’s exactly what it intends to unleash… Then there’s the arrival of Shriek, played by Naomie Harris. Venom’s gonna have his hands full!

Venom: Let There Be Carnage has been directed by Andy Serkis, who knows a thing or two about CGI and motion-capture characters.

While the clip below claims October 1 as a release date, we Aussies have to wait a lot longer to see Venom: Let There Be Carnage, as we don’t get it until November 25. Wow, it’s just like the “good” old days of cinema releases in Australia…

Also, just in, a quick look at Shriek:
