Look at that title – Halloween Ends. That certainly sounds final, right? But will it really be the last time that Laurie Strode and Michael Myers face off?

Well, it’s definitely set to be the finale of the latest Halloween trilogy, but there have been endings before, so it’s anybody’s guess.

No matter what, seeing Jamie Lee Curtis take on the seemingly indestructible Myers again, and orbiting actual Halloween time as well, is definitely something to look forward to.

Here’s the story: “This is Laurie Strode’s last stand. After 45 years, the most acclaimed, revered horror franchise in film history reaches its epic, terrifying conclusion as Laurie Strode faces off for the last time against the embodiment of evil, Michael Myers, in a final confrontation unlike any captured on-screen before. Only one of them will survive.”

Hmm, “last”, “conclusion”, “last” again, “final” – maybe it really, really is the end?

Regardless, we’ll have Halloween Ends to check out from October 13 in Aussie cinemas. Here’s the first trailer:
