DC’s Harley Quinn has been an animated cartoon character before, but generally you’d let your kids watch that one. The new Harley Quinn series though? Probably best to check it out for yourself first.

Seeing as it’s SDCC 2019 time and all, a trailer for the series (a little further down this here page) has been unleashed and beware, it contains rude words!

It also contains Joan Jett and the Blackhearts’ wicked cover of the theme from The Mary Tyler Moore Show though, so everything kind of balances out naughty and nice wise. We think.

Meanwhile, the voice cast is something very impressive. On top of – or perhaps “as well as” would be a better choice of words – Kaley Cuoco as Ms Quinn, Lake Bell, Alan Tudyk, Jim Rash, Ron Funches, Chris Meloni, Diedrich Bader, James Adomian, Tony Hale, JB Smoove, Jason Alexander, Tisha Campbell Martin, Giancarlo Esposito, Natalie Morales, Matt Oberg and Wanda Sykes all get various vocalisations happening.

We await a date for Harley Quinn beyond the rather nebulous “coming soon”.
