The period from original to remake seems to be eddying ever closer all the time, with a new take on 2003’s Cheaper by the Dozen ready to rock.
If you missed out on the original, it revolved around a couple (Steve Martin and Bonnie Hunt), their dozen kids and the logistical mayhem that ensues when wrangling them.
This new one stars Zach Braff and Gabrielle Union as the couple, their ten kids and the logistical mayhem that ensues when wrangling them. We’re not sure what happened to the other two children…
This new take has been penned by Kenya Barris (Girls Trip, Coming 2 America) and Jenifer Rice-Genzuk (Black-ish, Grown-ish), and directed by Gail Lerner (Grace & Frankie, Awkward).
