You have zero excuses not to check out this Marvel sale at JB Hi-Fi!

Chances are you fit into one of the following categories; obsessed with Marvel and own all the movies, casual fan that watches them and then forgets them, or someone that wouldn’t know their Captain Marvel from their Shazam. JB Hi-Fi’s new sale is the perfect excuse to either a) start your collection, b) finish your collection, or c) start someone else’s on their behalf. They’ll thank you soon enough.

If you’ve been looking to add to your burgeoning Marvel Cinematic Universe collection, now’s your chance. JB Hi-Fi are in the middle of a Marvel-lous sale at the moment, with most MCU titles discounted.

Where to start, you may ask? We’ve got it covered.

Iron Man

2008’s Iron Man was for many where it all began. Robert Downey Jr. is Tony Stark, the genius, billionaire, playboy, philanthropist that uses his wit to make himself an iron suit. The AC/DC on the soundtrack is definitely worth mentioning here, too. While you’re at it, why don’t you check out Iron Man 2 3 as well?

Captain America: The Winter Soldier

The Winter Soldier is one of the grittiest Marvel movies released, and features this scene:

For context, you might want to watch Captain America: The First Avenger, and then Civil War – which has that many superheroes in it you’d be forgiven for thinking it was another Avengers.

Guardians of the Galaxy

Chris Pratt, Dave Bautista, Zoe Saldana, (voice of) Bradley Cooper, and even Karen Gillan. Directed by James Gunn. Killer soundtrack. Oh and what a coincidence – Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 is out Wednesday.

Australia’s own Chris Hemsworth is Thor, the God of Thunder. Thrown into a fish-out-of-water situation on Earth with Padm- ah, Jane Foster, Thor needs to work out where he fits into the Nine Realms. Or you could just watch it for Hemsworth. While you’re at it, you better grab Thor: The Dark World, so you’re all caught up when Thor: Ragnarok lands in October.

Avengers: Age of Ultron

Age of Ultron is the sequel to the first Avengers, which threw all your favourite Marvel heroes onto the screen together to save New York from Thor’s adopted brother Loki (played by Tom Hiddleston). Now, Tony Stark and Bruce Banner (more frequently addressed as the Hulk) have built their own artificial intelligence that’s bent on ending Earth’s Mightiest Heroes. Add this one to your collection before the penultimate Avengers: Infinity War hits screens next year (SO SOON).

None of these take your fancy? There’s more on the website.
