Kevin Smith’s next trip into filmdom is set to be a Creepshow-inspired horror anthology named Killroy Was Here.

The title isn’t just a riff on the classic ‘Kilroy was here’ graffiti (also known as ‘Foo was here’), as the big-nosed star of said wall doodle is the big bad in this movie.

Smith unveiled a trailer for the yet-to-be-dated Killroy Was Here as part of his annual Comic-Con presentation, and it looks like a whole lot of fun, while also really bringing the gore.

As well as regulars Jason Mewes and daughter Harley Quinn, Smith’s flick stars his podcasting partner Ralph Garman and wrestler Chris Jericho.

Story-wise, said Smith of the film: “It’s got a theme that runs through it, in as much as our monster Killroy, and all these little stories that happen around him. He’s kind of like a kid-avenger – if you f— with kids, Killroy will show up.”
