Universal are having another stab at reviving their classic Monsters franchise early next year with a new take on The Invisible Man.
Melbourne horror guru Leigh Whannell is behind the new take on the tale, both directing and writing the update of the HG Wells work. It sees a woman (Elisabeth Moss) left a fortune after her abusive ex commits suicide. But she’s soon terrorised by an invisible presence…
To be honest, this is one of those trailers that appears to give up the entire story, so please consider that before watching. Or just stop it halfway through.
At any rate, we’ll be able to see The Invisible Man in Australian cinemas from February 27, 2020.
