For several years LeBron James has declared his love of the Looney Tunes meets NBA classic Space Jam. Now he’s making and starring in its sequel.
The LA Lakers star has his own production company, SpringHill Entertainment, and have a look at this little tweet that they’ve unleashed…

If the big names of James and Bugs Bunny aren’t enough to get you excited, look at that producer – Black Panther‘s Ryan Coogler.
In an interview with THR, James said of Coogler, “I loved his vision for Black Panther. The Space Jam collaboration is so much more than just me and the Looney Tunes getting together and doing this movie. It’s so much bigger. I’d just love for kids to understand how empowered they can feel and how empowered they can be if they don’t just give up on their dreams. And I think Ryan did that for a lot of people.”
Set to go into production early next year, this is sure to be bulging with cameos – hmm, we wonder if the star of the original, Michael Jordan, will pop up?
