Have you ever wanted to see Sly Stallone playing a New York mobster who’s relocated to Oklahoma? Good, because that’s what we’re in for with Tulsa King!

The new series is set to follow Sly as Dwight “The General” Manfredi, a New York mafia capo who’s released from prison after 25 years, and exiled by his boss to set things up in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He’s smart enough to twig that his mob family don’t necessarily have his best interests at heart, so sets about surrounding himself with a new crew, one that will help him create a new criminal empire.

The series will also star Andrea Savage, Martin Starr, Max Casella, Domenick Lombardozzi, Vincent Piazza, Jay Will, A.C. Peterson and Garrett Hedlund.

There’s some serious muscle behind the show, including Yellowstone creator Taylor Sheridan executive producing, and The Sopranos and Boardwalk Empire writer/producer Terence Winter serving as showrunner.

Tulsa King is set to kick off this November.

A brief teaser has been released, giving us a bit of an idea of the vibe of the thing. Here it is:
