We’ve waited patiently, and now we can enjoy a first trailer for Marvel’s upcoming sequel Black Panther: Wakanda Forever.
With the untimely and sad death of the star of the first Black Panther, Chadwick Boseman, we’d wondered how his absence would be handled. Now we know.
As for story, once again directed by Ryan Coogler, the official word goes like this: “Queen Ramonda (Angela Bassett), Shuri (Letitia Wright), M’Baku (Winston Duke), Okoye (Danai Gurira) and the Dora Milaje (including Florence Kasumba), fight to protect their nation from intervening world powers in the wake of King T’Challa’s death. As the Wakandans strive to embrace their next chapter, the heroes must band together with the help of War Dog Nakia (Lupita Nyong’o) and Everett Ross (Martin Freeman) and forge a new path for the kingdom of Wakanda.”
Black Panther: Wakanda Forever is slated for an Australian cinema release on November 10.
