We know that the original four are returning for Zombieland: Double Tap, but who else is preparing to enter the fray?
Yes, Woody Harrelson, Emma Stone, Jesse Eisenberg and Abigail Breslin are all set to face the shambling hordes as Tallahassee, Wichita, Columbus and Little Rock once again, 10 years on from the original flick.
Also getting in on the action will be newcomers Rosario Dawson, Zoey Deutch (The Disaster Artist), Thomas Middleditch (TV’s ace Silicon Valley) and now Luke Wilson.
POSSIBLE SPOILERS: Also rumoured to return is Bill Murray, and Dan Aykroyd is apparently going to play himself too.
The sequel is set to follow our “family” of survivors as they meet with others who have braved the zombie hordes – both friendly and otherwise – along with more undead types. It’s being directed by the guy who helmed the first one – Ruben Fleischer – and has been penned by original writers Paul Wernick and Rhett Reese, who’ve been involved with the movie career of some bloke called Deadpool in recent years.
Zombieland: Double Tap is currently set for an Australian cinema release on October 10.
