Get ready to see a lot more of the new Spider-Man – young star Tom Holland has been contracted to play the web-slinging superhero in six movies in total.

In an interview with The Hollywood Reporter, the British actor revealed he has signed on for three solo Spider-Man movies – the first of these Homecoming is out next year – and three other Marvel Cinematic Universe movies.

The new Spider-Man/Peter Parker was introduced in the recently released Captain America: Civil War and it’s assumed he will also make an appearance in the next Avengers film Infinity War, which is due in 2018. However, Holland was unable to go into any detail about which future movies he will be appearing in.

“They give you options and those could be exercised whenever – like a cameo in Avengers,” Holland told THR. “I’m unclear as to which movies though. I do know I have three Spider-Man [appearances in other] movies and three solo movies contracted. But if you have another movie, Marvel is so good at working around it. They’re very respectful of your life, really.”
