After being shot and left for dead by Villanelle (Jodie Comer) in Rome, season three finds Eve (Sandra Oh) working as a chef and reflecting on her now rather aimless life, while the glamorous assassin is also indulging in some soul-searching with a new Spanish wife.

It’s not long, however, before Eve’s obsession with Villanelle resurfaces, setting her on an inevitable collision course with her nemesis… With a new writer onboard (Suzanne Heathcote, Fear the Walking Dead) to shake things up, this season shifts the focus to Villanelle and also offers a meatier story arc for Eve’s former boss, Carolyn (the superb Fiona Shaw), and Villanelle’s old-school handler (Kim Bodnia). Episodes five and six are helmed by Aussie director Shannon Murphy (Babyteeth).
