Natalie Portman plays Jacqueline Bouvier Kennedy in Jackie, director Pablo Larrain’s portrait of the iconic First Lady. The film is structured around Theodore H. White’s LIFE magazine interview with her in the week following the assassination of JFK, and recounts how she coped in the aftermath of the tragedy.

Portman’s resemblance to Jackie is certainly uncanny, but that accent could be a bit of a problem. Subtitles anyone?

Jackie  is due in cinemas early 2017.
