Interactive supernatural horror series The Dark Pictures has been on the boil at Bandai Namco for a while, and has had us intrigued. This latest trailer just ups our curiosity.
The first in the series, developed by Supermassive Games (Until Dawn), is The Dark Pictures: Man of Medan, which promises to bring us supernatural horror on board a ghost ship that’s adrift in the South Pacific.
It’s now been dated, and is set to launch on August 30.
It’s now available for pre-order, and if you do so you’ll gain immediate access to the ‘Curator’s Cut’ after your first completion of the game. This will provide perspectives from alternative characters in previously played scenes, new decisions and choices that affect the story outcome and new scenes and secrets not featured in the original playthrough.
If you don’t pe-order, this feature will still be free in a later update.
