The much-acclaimed and super-ace series Life Is Strange is set to expand this September, with the release of True Colors.
This newest entry in the franchise has been created by Deck Nine Games, who were behind Life is Strange: Before the Storm, and introduces new protagonist Alex Chen. Played by actress Erika Mori, players will navigate Haven Springs as Alex, who has long suppressed her supernatural ability that allows her to experience, absorb and manipulate the strong emotions of others, which she sees as blazing, colored auras. When her brother dies in what is labelled an accident, Alex must embrace her volatile power to uncover the truth – and the dark secrets buried by a small town.
While previous entries in the series have been episodic, great news is that True Colors will all drop in one complete, fully-formed package.
This isn’t the only Life Is Strange news though, for we can also look forward to the Life is Strange Remastered Collection. This is set to feature remastered editions of Life is Strange and Life is Strange: Before the Storm, and is due for release at the same time as True Colors.
Life Is Strange: True Colors is slated for release on PS5, XSX, PS4 and Xbox One on September 10. Here’s the announce trailer:
