Yes, it’s a year since we first got our hands on Monster Hunter: World, and a lot has gone down over these past 12 months.
From massive beasties to crossovers with other games such as Assassin’s Creed and Horizon: Zero Dawn, it’s really been a big year.
Capcom are celebrating the milestone with the in-game Appreciation Fest, which runs until February 21. This involves all manner of one-off events, offering oodles of decorations and tickets should you fight the good fights.
This isn’t the end of new stuff for Monster Hunter: World, either, with the huge Iceborne expansion due very soon. As well as adding a new rank, monsters and story, it will also deliver another crossover, with Geralt from The Witcher III: Wild Hunt featuring.
