Ubisoft have unveiled a whole lot more of the upcoming new adventure Assassin’s Creed Valhalla.
Promising a “captivating Viking experience”, it’s set in an open world England of the Dark Ages. Players will step into the shoes of a male or female Viking raider named Eivor, aiming to take their place amidst the gods of Valhalla.
Gameplay brings back some of the classic Assassin’s Creed moves, with the addition of new ways to fight as well as twists on the classics – like the hidden blade. These include dual-wielding, raiding, assaults and all manner of open-world activities that are detailed in this handy video:
Assassin’s Creed Valhalla is set to release on November 17, 2020 for PS4 and Xbox One. PS5 and Xbox Series X versions will follow at the launch of the new consoles, and players who purchase the now-gen version will be able to upgrade to the next-gen version at no additional cost.
