Want to know what’s planned for the first year of upcoming online shooter Tom Clancy’s The Division 2? Well, read on!
A raft of bonus content is planned by Ubisoft, commencing soon after release with the Tidal Basin update. This will deliver a new Stronghold set in Washington D.C.’s Tidal Basin reservoir.
Next up will be the highly-anticipated first raid for The Division 2, entitled Operation Dark Hours, wherein eight players compete.
Then come the episodes. The first of three currently planned, D.C. Outskirts: Expeditions is set in the outer reaches of Washington and will launch this Australian winter. Pentagon: The Last Castle – where we get to go beneath the famous structure – will follow in spring, while the yet-to-be-titled third sortie will hit during our summer.
If that all isn’t enough, three extra specializations are on their way, meaning spanking new endgame classes bolstered by a signature weapon and skill tree.
The best news? All of this extra stuff will be free to all players. But if you spring for the Year 1 pass, you’ll get early access and exclusive cosmetic goodies.
Tom Clancy’s The Division 2 launches on March 15 for PS4, Xbox One and PC. If you just can’t wait to get in on the action, a beta is running from March 1 through to 4. Check out more on that here.
