Two is the new one when it comes to Wolfenstein, with two new games imminent, and two protagonists in the follow-up to The New Colossus.
As many will know already, the big one is Wolfenstein: Youngblood. It’s set in the 1980s, 20 years after the events of The New Colossus. BJ Blazkowicz is missing, so the “Youngblood” of the title, his two daughters, take on the task of hitting Paris to find him – while mowing down as many Nazis as possible, of course!
It’s promising the biggest Wolfy arsenal yet, along with more customisation, more Nazi cannon fodder and the ability to play solo or in co-op. It hits PS4, Xbox One, Switch and PC on July 26.
Here’s a new trailer that was unveiled at Bethesda’s E3 2019 showcase:
The second game sends Wolfenstein into the world of virtual reality, with Wolfenstein: Cyberpilot. Coming to PlayStation VR, also on July 27, this gives players the chance to hijack Nazi war machines and use them against their creators.
