The Nazi-decimating legacy continues soon in Wolfenstein: Youngblood, and it’s set to be a family affair.
Wolfenstein: Youngblood will transport us to Paris, 1980. BJ Blazkowicz has gone missing, so it’s up to his twin daughters, Soph and Jess, to take over the fascist felling – and find their father. Yes, this means co-op play – team up with a friend, or an AI player if you’re going it alone.
The coolest bit? The Wolfenstein: Youngblood Deluxe Edition’s Buddy Pass, which will allow owners to partner up with a friend, even if that friend doesn’t own the game. Just sling your Buddy Pass code to a pal (one at a time) and they’ll be able to download and play for free – as long as they play with you.
There are a bunch of pre-order bonuses, too, inside what is known as the Legacy Pack. These include a Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus jacket power suit, BJ’s US Army power suit, the Wolfenstein: Old Blood pipe, the Wolfenstein: Old Blood knife and a WWII weapon skin set for all ranged weapons.
Wolfenstein: Youngblood is set to storm onto PS4, Xbox One, Switch and PC on July 26.
Here’s a new look at the game, but be warned, not surprisingly it requires a LANGUAGE WARNING. Yes, Soph and Jess really are chips off the old Blaz!
