Pre-orders for the super-specced Xbox One X only launched last week, and already it’s the quickest take-up of a new Xbox console ever.
Initially launching with the limited Xbox One X Project Scorpio Edition, an ode to fans who’ve supported the machine since it was first hinted at in 2016, it’s been selling out all over the world.
This includes Australia, so if you didn’t get in quick you may be in for a wait. But hey, we’ll let you know as soon as JB Hi-Fi have more of the console up for order, as Microsoft are set to announce the next wave of availability during September. This will be the standard black edition of the Xbox One X.
Having nabbed the Gamescom 2017 award for best hardware, the buzz is huge on what will be the world’s most powerful games console. STACK got to have a live look at the Xbox One X at E3 this year – check out our first impressions here, and the impressive specifications here.
