When Oscar Isaac was asked if he would like to play a video game character, he only had one answer.
Fresh off the back of completing Star Wars Episode 9 and being interviewed by IGN for an upcoming streaming project, Isaac was asked whether he would consider playing a character in a video game adaption.
“Metal Gear Solid, that’s the one,” said Isaac. “I’m throwing my hat in for that one.” The actor was referring to the upcoming Metal Gear Solid film helmed by Jordan Vogt-Roberts (Kong: Skull Island).
And on Sunday, Vogt-Roberts tweeted that although the casting process is yet to begin, “The ball’s in Oscar’s court.”
We could yet see this come to fruition.
To everyone asking how I feel about Oscar Isaac saying he wants to be Solid Snake.
The full process required to cast an icon hasn’t even started, but..
Ask @Bosslogic where the idea for his brilliant mock up came from.
