Razer have updated a fan-favourite, set for release later this month.
The Kraken V2 will feature improved 50mm drivers, larger than those featured in the previous model. The headsets have also been improved with an all-new, more durable and flexible aluminium frame.
The earcups have been redesigned, and are now larger, softer, and feature better noise isolation than the original Kraken.
Alongside the Kraken V2, the Kraken 7.1 V2 was also revealed, with the inclusion of 7.1 surround sound capabilities for ultimate immersion, as well as a noise-cancelling mic.
“We designed the Razer Kraken V2 headsets to deliver the best esports-focused experience,” says Min-Liang Tan, Razer co-founder and CEO. “Pro-gaming athletes of today will excel thanks to the Razer Kraken V2’s powerful 50mm custom-tuned drivers, highly durable unibody aluminium frame and redesigned ergonomics for maximum comfort.”
