If you’ve ever been to a rock gig then you’ll know the name Marshall for their range of awesome amplification. Now they’ve scaled it down to wow our personal music time.
Marshall have unleashed two pairs of headphones, and they boast a stack of very cool features.
As their name suggests, the Marshall Monitor Bluetooth Over-Ear Headphones feature Bluetooth connectivity, in this case the high bitrate aptX system that minimises delay – perfect for movie viewing. Plus, they’ll perform for some 30-plus hours of listening between charges. Despite a lack of bulk, they offer superior noise isolation while not feeling like you’ve jammed a brick on your bonce – you can even answer your phone while using them with the handy control knob. They’re foldable with heavy-duty metal hinges and even come with a protective carrying case – or road case, if you prefer. Two! Two!
They also look the part, featuring black vinyl and brass accents and the classic embossed Marshall script.
If you want to up the rock ante even further, the Marshall Monitor II ANC Wireless Over-Ear-Headphones may be the ticket. These cans promise “high performance sound like you’ve never heard before” in a sleek-looking package that’s been engineered for all-day listening, with up to 30 hours of playtime from a single charge with active noise cancelling, or around 45 hours without. If you’ve gone flat and need a music fix in a hurry, you can quick charge for 15 minutes to get another five hours of listening time, too. Add lightweight but tough construction and you really have a winner here.
If all of that’s not enough, the Marshall Monitor IIs have Google Assistant built in, just set it up and press the ‘M’ button. Hey Google, how big is Stone Henge?
