Tunes time! Tunes time! Party on! Excellent! Here are five of the week’s freshest tracks, coming at you courtesy of Tim “Kanye Scholar” Lambert.

Alex The Astronaut, Rockstar City

This singing, soccer-playing scientist isn’t your usual triple threat. Sydneysider Alex is just about to finish her college degree in New York City and after that you can expect the 21-year-old to take over every radio in the country with her charming indie tunes.

Lana Del Rey, Love

Vintage Del Rey here – and what can I say that you don’t already know and adore about the 31-year-old? No word on whether Love is the first cut off an upcoming album, but it’s about time Lizzy played some shows on our shores again.

Cyhi The Prynce, NU Africa

Freshly signed to Kanye West’s GOOD MUSIC label, Georgia rapper Cyhi The Prynce is everything you’d hope West’s label could produce. Prynce has the vocal flow of Pusha T and the production chops found in Kanye’s My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy.

RAY BLK, Patience

Damn, this is the perfect balance of sweet and smooth– a musical peanut butter and jelly sandwich, for you to wrap your ears around.

DJ Khaled, Shining feat. Beyoncé and Jay-Z

Is this Bonnie & Clyde 2? It might as well be; the Yoncé train rolls on in her first new track since the epic album Lemonade. I’m still not 100% sure what DJ Khaled does, but he is 100% involved in some of the biggest bangers released in the last 18 months.
