BIGSOUND – Australia’s festival/conference knees-up to celebrate the best in new, homegrown music – will be upon us in QLD’s Fortitude Valley from September 3-6, 2019. In the lead-up, we’re putting a few questions to the most promising names who’ll be performing. Click here to see more chats with the acts we think will own this year’s BIGSOUND!
Adelaidian Adrian Eagle has made it his mission to climb out of a difficult upbringing and use his acclaimed talent to spread positivity across the world; having gained notoriety for his hand in Hilltop Hoods’ ARIA-winning single Clark Griswold, the stage is set for the taking.
What sets your music apart?
I feel like my music and my style of expression is unique to me; I try to just be myself throughout my stage performances and in my songwriting. I hope that translates. I don’t think anyone else on the scene sounds like me.
Which movie scene would your latest single suit?
Jay-Z’s Streets is Watching – every scene.
Give us your best useless fact – about yourself, or the world.
My fingers can moonwalk!
What can we expect from you at BIGSOUND?
Powerhouse vocals for our 30-minute set!!! Can’t wait to sing and share the new EP with you all at BIGSOUND.
Which BIGSOUND acts are you looking forward to seeing?
What should we look out for on your post-BIGSOUND horizon?
Am heading to America and Canada in November with Hilltop Hoods, and my brand new EP Mama will be out on every platform.
Adrian Eagle plays Famous Nightclub on Wednesday Sep 4 at 9.50pm.
