For those around at the time, it’s hard to forget Baz Luhrmann’s 1999 release Everybody’s Free (To Wear Sunscreen). Now it’s back in updated form.
Instead of working with the King as intended with his Elvis Presley biopic, for which production has been delayed by coronavirus, Luhrmann has taken inspiration from the Queen – Queen Elizabeth II.
The monarch’s recent speech, along with classic wartime tune We’ll Meet Again, form the basis of this update, with original contributor Quindon Tarver returning alongside Vika Bull and Lee Perry.
