Aussie punk legends Cosmic Psychos are set to unleash a brand new album, eloquently titled Mountain of Piss.

Due on July 9, it’ll include new single – and ode to Aussie sporting, erm, culture – Sin Bin, and was recorded back in 2019 in Knighty’s shed, before COVID-19 messed everything up.

When asked to describe the album, Knight said in typical Psychos style, “It’s round, inside a cover, which is square. Not that unlike any other best selling album by The Beatles, Rolling Stones, or AC/DC”.

Here’s the cracking vid for the equally cracking Sin Bin, which we should probably add the words LANGUAGE WARNING and even a first, GESTURE WARNING, to…

There’s also a “world tour” (aah, the joys of streaming!) to go along with the new album, and here are the dates:

Thursday, July 1 – Worldwide live stream
Saturday, August 7 – Theatre Royal, Castlemaine VIC
Saturday, August 14 – The Corner Hotel, Melbourne VIC
Saturday, August 21 – Crowbar, Sydney NSW
Friday, August 27 – Pier Bandroom, Frankston VIC
Saturday, August 28 – Jive, Adelaide SA
Saturday, September 4 – The Tivoli, Brisbane QLD
