While I’m a bit bummed that my all-proceeds-to-the-artists ISOL-AID jumper won’t arrive in time for slothful fest-lounging this Sunday (I do appreciate your efforts Australia Post), such a FWP is neither here nor there when you see the exquisite line-up of artists your pals at ISOL-AID have gathered together like spring blossoms in a dew-dipped bouquet, for insta event #22!
The kangaroo’s paw is the Visit Bendigo showcase, featuring supreme alt-country, blues and folk from Archer, Dead Clampets, Mariah McCarthy, Huck Hastings and more. After that we get a burst of aromatic rose in a showcase curated by Jack Colwell – he of the recent raw and romantic masterpiece SWANDREAM – which includes sets by Anna Cordell, Andy Bull, Phebe Starr, Marcus Whale, and Jack himself (along with a Q&A with Marcus and Jack, all about their recent releases).
To close it all out will be daisy-queen Ali Barter, whose grungy pop never fails to satisfy.
It all goes down from 2.55pm beginning with a welcome from ISOL-AID co-founder Emily Ulman (read our interview with that legendary woman right here), so make sure your little hangover nest is set-up and ready to go!
Check out the full line-up, with set times and insta handles, below.
