A film version of the latest long-player from Bruce Springsteen, Western Stars, is set to mosey into cinemas.
Slated to arrive before year’s end, the movie is set to have its world premiere soon at the 2019 Toronto International Film Festival.
His 19th studio album, Western Stars is also Springsteen’s first studio recording in five years, and revolves around themes of love and loss, loneliness and family and the unavoidable passage of time.
The movie features performances by Springsteen and band of all 13 songs on the album, complete with a full orchestra. It was filmed in his barn.
