The second announcement of speakers and performers at this year’s Face The Music summit – to be held in Melbourne on November 23 and 24, in conjunction with Melbourne Music Week – is here.

Joining already-revealed keynote icons Ariel Pink and Marky Ramone are Michael Schuster (co-founder of the biggest independent association of labels, publishers and producers in Germany, VUT), Rouel Waters (Dutch visionary behind creative agency Studio Moniker, who was responsible for LCD Soundsystem’s recent virtual reality Tonite clip), Simon Winkler (STACK‘s very own pop reviewer and presenter for RRR, who’ll be leading the Ariel Pink keynote along with his RRR colleague Lauren Taylor), mad dog Kirin J Callinan (ambitious musician and idealist, whose album of this year Bravado was one of our favourites), Ali Barter (singer-songwriter whose recent album A Suitable Girl blew us away), and many more.

Face The Music HQ will be located at the Melbourne Music Week Hub in St Paul’s Cathedral, with events leaping up around the CBD – a sackload more of which are still to be drip-fed into your hungry little face.

See all the details at the Face The Music site, and get your hands on tickets through Moshtix.
