Album artwork with red vinyl record popping outNext in Barnesy’s tireless campaign to remind us of the unifying power of music: another total corker in his his fam-focused series of classic Aussie covers.

Jimmy Barnes has been posting daily Oz-bangers (which he’s calling ‘Aussie Anthems’) via his Facebook page, including John Farnham’s You’re The Voice, Hunters & Collectors’ Throw Your Arms Around Me, and Daryl Braithwaite’s Horses.

For the latest in the series, he picked a very spesh gem from rock lords AC/DC, and accompanied the vid with the caption: “Australia is 4th in the medal tally tonight. What a Team. Congratulations again, all of you. Here’s Aussie anthem #8 to spur you on. There’s no order to these songs, they are as great as each other. We’re not stopping at 10 either. Stay safe, It’s a Long Way to the Top.”

Watch below, and keep your eye on Barnesy’s page for more anthems!
