These punk dogs like to do it hard – and they’re not slowing now.

Not content to come back into the limelight quietly, These New South Whales have released a new single along with an intoxicating ‘mini-punkumentary’, just as they’re about to embark on tour.

Their first series went live in 2015 in victorious fashion, catapulting the Newcastle boys into cult territory. New doco The Life We Chose follows that fame story – complete with mooning, manic energy, grungy live sets and pretty sweet cameos (did someone say Chvrches and DMA’s?).

The Life We Chose also came with the release of new single Meat Hook. This juicy track is filled to the brim with muscly drums and slicing guitar; for fans licking their lips for more, it will be featured on the boys’ debut LP, slated for release next year.

But that’s not all, folks. The group’s frontman Mossy, fresh from his excellent Big Sound set, will also be supporting Slum Sociable on their tour later this month.

To finish off the killer year, These New South Whales will be hitting stages in December, and we guarantee it’s best to see their tapped-up nips for yourself.
