It’s Tuesday at STACK HQ, and that means one of our esteemed staff members picks a ditty they’re listening to today and explains why they’re so fond of it. Today’s tune: Cub Sport’s Chasin’, chosen by STACK’s Zoë Radas.

After vocalist Tim Nelson described the thousands of bats he and partner/bandmate Sam Netterfield would see along the creek near their house in Brissie (which ultimately gave them the name of Cub Sport’s second album), I thought about how magical Melbourne’s own east-to-west evening flying fox pilgrimage is. Then came the clip for the group’s awesome single Chasin’, which features the four-piece at the very creek Nelson spoke about, with the backdrop of all those beautiful critters soaring around the place. A gorgeous clip for a gorgeous song.
