Album cover artwork for Michael Buble with transparent vinyl record popping outMichael Bublé is mere hours away from dropping his ninth studio album Higher, so we’re revisiting the gobsmacking moment a man out-Buble’d the icon himself at a 2019 show.

We’ve seen Bublé pull people up on-stage to sing with him before, like this young lad whose head probably exploded after the below incident because a) He sang with Bublé, but more importantly b) OMG mum you’re SO embarrassing.

But we’ve never seen someone this smooth, this calm, this Bublé take the man’s mic – particularly filmed from this killer angle (even despite the vertical orientation).

In the description of his video, Andrew Zarillo swears that the moment – captured in mid-Feb 2019, at Bublé’s gig in Georgia’s Gas South Arena – was “totally impromptu”. We’re inclined to believe him, mainly because that’s way more fun.

Watch below and decide for yourself, and get your hands on Higher in all JB stores tomorrow!

Higher by Michael Bublé is out March 25, including on JB-exclusive clear vinyl (pictured above-right), via Warner.
